The tough decision that was made for my family and I when I was 11 was that we had to sell our cows, all of our animals, and even our farm. Along with that we had to move as well. My family and I didn't move faraway but it's just the fact that someone else tells you that you can't live where you've lived your whole life is something terrible. However the worst part is that the person who bought our farm was my own aunt. She started off by telling my family we were able to come over and play with my cousins and see their animals. That didn't last long though, and then one day we were basicly told to never come back and to never call or come over to see my cousins. My aunt has completly destroyed my home farm, I can't even look at it when I drive by to come to school everyday. I miss our farm so much. I lost half my life in a matter of months. Not only did I lose my favorite place in the world I lost my grandpa as well. My grandpa died from lung cancer and watching him get sicker and sicker was also very hard.
I've never thought about killing my aunt for what she's done to my family and our farm. Like Hamlet's father I hope that she gets what's coming to her for what she's done. Right after we sold our cows I was not a very happy person because my life changed a lot. Just like Hamlet I had a lot of changes in very little time. Hamlet's uncle and his mom got married not long after his father passed away. The day after we sold our cows dad got a job milking cows in a parlor which was the first time in my life I was able to milk the cows with him. However milking in a parlor is extremly different from milking in a stanchion barn, but once I got the hang of things it was a lot of fun. It's that feeling of getting used to things that is the hardest because my brain was stuck on why, why did my aunt do what she did to us, why did we have to move? Why did my family's life have to change? I like Hamlet was full of sadness and anger. Everyday was different and somedays where better than others. I love to work and this love of working helped me get through everything that was going on in my life at that time. It was a hard feeling to get over losing almost everything I had but I mostly tried helping my family get through it because I wasn't the only one who had lost a huge part of my life.

Blog Post #2
Relationships are a complicated thing because they can be going along just fine and then all of a sudden one bad thing happens and someone, if not both people, gets angry and never speak to each other again. I see this happen to just good friends that aren't in a relationship here at school. They just have a big fight with their best friend and then next thing you see is them talking to someone else and totally ignoring their first best friend from like first grade. In my opinion whenever you have a fight with someone you should maybe take a few minutes to cool down and let out your anger on your own. After that you should go back and work out whatever problem came up and fix it so you don't hate each other forever. My best friend and I are very different. She's into music and chemistry and I'm into farming and milking cows. We've been best friends since second grade and like most people we've had some fights. The difference between us and maybe a few other people is that we talked out the problem and apologized and stuck together. The relationship between couples is a little different than relationships between friends. However one part I thing is the same is that even though you and the other person are in a committed relationship you don't have to like the same things, or want to go to the same places, or be the exact same person because you can be two different people and still make it work. Just make sure when you fight you talk out the problem and find a solution. Don't just ignore the problem all together or pretend like it didn't happen, because the reality of that is it did happen and if you are upset about something the only way the other person is going to know that you are upset is if you tell him/her. Don't be afraid to confront the problem only be afraid of what will happen if you don't. Just when you do the confronting make sure you're not mean to the other person or blame the whole problem on the other person.

Going through the seven stages
Based on the passage that we read I do think that there are 7 stages in life. I don't think everyone follows the same path on the seven stages of life. I think we all start out on the same stage when we first start out then we may skip a stage or have a slightly different stage in place of the other stage and then we work our way up from there. I think these seven stages are different for everyone because we are all unique people and we all have different experiences that help us learn from our mistakes. The way that we fix our mistakes lets us and other people know what stage we are in by how we solve our problems. For example some who is in their forties will probably solve their problems better than a teenager. I also think that this part of how we transition to the next stage in life. We leave a stage when we figure out how to solve problems that we create and how we deal with the consequences that come with these mistakes. The other part in my opinion is in some cases is when we out grow a stage. For example the first stage is when you're an infant after a certain period of time you out grow that stage and you move up into the next stage. As we grow up we go through all the stages. The only difference is that we probably go through these stages at different ages. Some people mature faster than others and some people take longer to move to the next stage. Both these ways are okay the most important thing is that we all grow up and move through the stages.
